At VM Affluence, we specialize in handcrafted and carefully curated fashion products including Silk Thread Bangles, Glass Bangles, Scrunchies, and Aari Work Blouses. Each product is handled with care to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It must include all original packaging and tags
- A valid proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- Or a wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at vasanthamugi.vm@gmail.com with clear photos and an unboxing video. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Glass Bangles and Silk Thread Bangles (due to fragile nature)
- Scrunchies (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or made-to-order products (including Aari Work Blouses tailored to measurements)
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Bangle Damage / Exchange Policy
We ensure secure packaging for all bangles. However, if you receive broken or damaged bangles, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video and photos must be shared as proof
- Only the damaged items will be replaced (no full return or refund)
⚠️ Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an eligible item, you may return it (if applicable) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
